Loyalty Bonus: To show our appreciation to those employees who have been loyal, long-term employees of A.R. Mazzotta, we offer a Loyalty Bonus benefit. The best part – you get to choose your bonus. Do you prefer a gift card? We have two different types to pick from. Prefer money? You can receive the bonus in your paycheck. It’s an individual choice!
AAA Membership: We care about the safety of our employees; that’s why we offer an American Automobile Association (AAA) Membership. When you enroll as an AAA member, you get access to a variety of benefits including emergency road service, travel maps, shopping & dining discounts, movie ticket deals, special cell phone plans, and more.
Holiday Pay: A.R. Mazzotta offers our employees six main holidays – New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
Paid Time Off (PTO): We’re pleased to reward our employees who work on a consecutive basis with Paid Time Off. PTO can be used at an employee’s discretion for any reason such as vacation days, personal days, sick days and holidays not otherwise paid for.
Health Insurance: We offer our employees the ConnectiCare bronze level plan, which is a fully qualified Affordable Health Care (ACA) plan.
