What does your employment agency do?

We work with employers throughout CT and support their staffing needs. We find and place the best candidates for a variety of jobs including full-time direct hire positions, temporary/contract assignments, and temp-to-hire staffing.

Where are you located?

A.R. Mazzotta has 4 offices: Middletown, Wallingford, Watertown, and Westbrook. We are a local, woman-owned company and we service businesses throughout Connecticut.

What types of positions can you help me fill?

With two dedicated service groups – Professional/Office and Industrial – we can assist you with a variety of positions. We provide temporary/contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire services.

A.R. Mazzotta’s Professional/Office Group provides high-level professionals, administrative, and general office support including management positions, accountants, controllers, executive assistants, administrative assistants, bookkeepers, accounting clerks, receptionists, and customer service representatives.

A.R. Mazzotta’s Industrial Group services manufacturers and distributors with qualified candidates from the factory floor to management level including machine operators, assemblers, production workers, quality inspectors, warehouse associates, machinists, engineers, CNC, CAD, shift production supervisors, warehouse managers, QC managers, and plant managers.

How do you find candidates?

Our team works hard to find you the best candidates. Using our extensive database, social media, and the industry’s top job boards, we search high and low…every day…in every nook and cranny to acquire top-notch talent. Our reputation for providing quality service also sends many referrals our way – another advantage of working with us.

What is the cost?

For contract and contract-to-hire, the bill rate to you is dependent upon the pay rate to the employee. The mark-up covers all payroll taxes and unemployment insurance and benefits for the employee, which varies depending upon the position. For direct hire, the fee is a percentage of the first year’s salary.

Do you use E-Verify?

Yes. A.R. Mazzotta is an E-Verify employer and as such, processes all temporary and contract workers.

What happens if the person doesn’t work out? Does A.R. Mazzotta offer a guarantee?

A.R. Mazzotta’s direct hire placements are guaranteed with a six (6) month replacement contract that provides 100% protection for the first 90 days.
