Recruiting trends for 2015:
- Recruiting budgets and volume are heating up for the first time in 4 years. And as the gap widens between hiring volume and budgets, recruiting leaders must scale their operations, do more with less, and invest wisely.
- Competition is the #1 obstacle U.S. companies face in attracting top talent. In order to compete and win in 2015, companies need to step up their recruiting game so they get the best quality and quantity of candidates.
- Candidates will embrace mobile job seeking more than ever before. Investing in mobile strategies – like making job boards and websites mobile-friendly – is one of the big keys to 2015 recruiting success.
