Executive/Administrative Assistant

Lead time needed:  1 week, to source individuals with:

  • Strong computer/technical skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Proven organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 2 or 4 year college degree


Customer Service

Lead time needed:  3 days, to source individuals with:

  •  Customer service experience via phone

  • Strong QuickBooks & Excel skills (or other accounting software)
  • Ability to analyze & defend results to Controller/CFO
  • Proven track record of positive change


Human Resource Director

Lead time needed:  4 weeks, to source individuals with:

  • BS/BA degree or MA/MS degree, plus experience in HR management
  • SPHR certification
  • Knowledge of HR practices & policies, as well as state & federal laws
  • Ability to motivate & lead a team to achieve objectives
  • Strong analytical & project management skills
  • Proven problem-solving skills



Lead time needed:  4 weeks, to source individuals with:

  • BS degree in accounting or related field, plus experience as a controller
  • Industry-specific experience
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience preparing, analyzing, interpreting & presenting financial reports
  • Forecasting, budgeting and other general accounting task experience
  • Strong technical skills


Development Director

Lead time needed:  4 weeks, to source individuals with:

  • BS/BA degree, plus experience in annual giving, major gifts, planned gifts & sponsorships
  • Proven oral & written communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff, volunteers & the community
  • Proven leadership, problem solving, planning & organizing skills
  • Ability to cultivate new relationships & strengthen existing relationships
  • Public speaking skills
  • Ability to facilitate large & small group meetings


Manufacturing (entry-level positions)

Lead time:  24 hours (1 day), to source:

  • Assemblers
  • Machine Operators
  • Warehouse Workers
  • Shipping / Receiving Specialists

Manufacturing (skilled positions)

Lead time:  1 week, to source:
