To get you started with our staffing services, we meet with you to discuss your career goals and learn more about your experience. Once we have a good idea of the skills you bring to the table, we review the current job openings we have available with our employers and match you to jobs that are a good fit. After you’ve been hired, our team will support you through onboarding and beyond. A.R. Mazzotta will also assume responsibility for your payroll, insurance, and other benefits, which we will discuss more below.
Temp-to-Hire Staffing
In addition to our temp jobs and contract assignments, we also offer temp-to-hire staffing. For many job seekers, this arrangement is ideal because it allows you and the employer time to decide if the job placement is a good fit. During this trial period, you are considered an employee of A.R. Mazzotta and receive payroll and benefits through our organization. Once the trial period is over, a hiring decision will be made. If you and the employer are both interested in pursuing a working relationship, you will be directly hired by that company for permanent employment.
