We are looking for an experienced customer service professional to provide support for customers and field sales representatives of a growing shoreline area company. Direct Hire opportunity offering $40-$50k, depending on experience level, plus generous benefits package.
Some of the responsibilities of the Technical Customer Service Representative include the following:
* Learn and maintain strong knowledge of the company’s products and procedures
* Provide customers information about order status, product details, repair and maintenance options, product availability and pricing
* Process a high volume of sales orders, follow up with customers to correct errors or add details to orders
* Process daily invoices
* Understand customers’ shipping requirements and provide back-up support to warehouse operations
Experience and skill requirements for the Technical Customer Service Representative:
* 3-5 years’ experience in a customer service role
* BA or BS in biology, chemistry or a related field
* Strong knowledge of MS Office programs and ability to learn company’s distribution and accounting software
* Strong organizational and interpersonal skills and attention to detail
