A direct hire opportunity for a talented Administrative Assistant with superior Social Media experience. You will support the General Manager Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00 with some weekends and some holidays required.

If you enjoy managing Social Media platforms, administrative support and customer service, this is a perfect position for you.

$19.00 an hour, plus full benefits.

Skills Required

* Excellent knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook is required.
* Must have extensive experience manipulating social media sites such as Facebook, Instagram and Websites.

Job Description

* Work alongside the GM and Management Team, on a daily basis, to keep all social media platforms current, respond to inquiries, log/post marketing materials as requested by internal and external customers.
* Assist the GM with coordinating office activities and operations.
* Create and update records in databases as requested by the GM.
* Maintain databases for use producing various reports.
* Place office supply orders.
* Assist GM in delegating daily responsibilities to staff
* Assist in collecting and tracking paperwork for all contractors, vendors or others working on the premises.
* Work occasional weekends and some holidays.
