Working with the CFO, this office manager position provides an opportunity to oversee payroll for the senior management team and work with the owner and senior management, CPA’s and 401k and health insurance vendors. The office manager is responsible for 1 full time and 1 part time employee who handle reception and accounts payable and receivable.

Skills, Experience and Attributes Needed Include:

* Previous office management experience
* Strong knowledge of accounting systems
* Payroll experience – ADP or CDK very helpful
* Reliability
* Ability to work with a diverse group of people
