Positions available now for talented and open-minded Administrative Professionals to assist in filling the part time temporary needs of our clients in the shoreline area now through the 2019 summer season! Any candidate with a wide range of office administrative and professional experience is welcome to apply.

As an administrative temporary employee, you can be placed at any of our vast number of clients located from Middlesex County to New London County depending on your travel comfort.

Administrative duties range from working at the front office to providing executive level support for all management levels.

Key skills that would be required in order for you to be successful would be strong written and oral communication, answering phones, data entry, filing, excellent customer service skills, calendaring and scheduling and above average knowledge using MS Office programs.

Assignments are based on the hiring needs of the client and how well the candidate matches the requirements.

Being able to start 1 to 2 days after a temporary position is offered occasionally may occur.

Hourly rates vary from $13.00 to $20 depending on the responsibilities and/or skill requirements of the temporary assignment.

Part-time positions are typically Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 and 5:00.
