As the Administrative Assistant you will manage calendars, run reports, take meeting minutes and type correspondence. You will also meet and greet internal and external visitors, answer phones and provide other clerical support to the department. $16/hr.
Required skills and abilities:
* Proven Microsoft Office skills (MS Word, Excel and Outlook)
* Proficiency in calendar management
* Ability to organize yourself and others
* Ability to prioritize work
* Ability to take and type up meeting minutes (meetings may be recorded)
* Minimum 2 years’ experience working in an office administrative role
