We work with businesses and job seekers throughout CT, matching the most qualified candidates with jobs that best fit their experience and work goals. We place over 1,000 candidates per year in full-time career positions, temporary/contract assignments, and temp-to-hire jobs.

What kind of jobs do you have available?

We have two dedicated service groups – Professional/Office and Industrial. 

  • A.R. Mazzotta’s Professional/Office Group places high-level professionals, administrative, and general office support: management positions, accountants, controllers, executive assistants, administrative assistants, accounting clerks, receptionists, customer service representatives, and general office support.
  • A.R. Mazzotta’s Manufacturing/Distribution Group places machine operators, assemblers, production workers, quality inspectors, warehouse associates, machinists, engineers, CNC, CAD, shift production supervisors, warehouse managers, QC managers, and plant managers.

We place people in contract/temporary, contract to hire, and direct placement positions.

Yes, we receive requests for both full-time and part-time work.

In general, we do not place job seekers in driving positions, construction labor, heavy industrial, clinical healthcare positions, or daycare services.

Yes, our service is by appointment only so we can ensure enough time has been allocated to get to know you and your goals. 

If you have completed your application prior to your appointment, uploaded your resume, and included references, then you do not need to bring anything.

Yes – but not all of them! When you see a job for which you qualify, you can submit your resume through the job posting. Please call us if you’d like more information about the job prior to submitting your resume.

Yes, we provide benefits to qualified temporary employees. Your recruiter can tell you more about our benefits program.
